Tickets are released in waves. Each wave has a limited quantity. Once a wave is sold out, prices automatically move to the next tier.

Tickets are non-refundable.

Refunds are only issued in case of full cancellation of the event or an official decision by the organisation due to force majeure or legal obligation. Weather conditions do not qualify for refunds.

Tickets are sold exclusively via Eventsquare. All other tickets are invalid.

We strongly advise against purchasing tickets from unofficial or unknown sellers.

Every ticket contains a unique QR code that is scanned upon entry. Once a QR code has been scanned, it becomes invalid. Copied, duplicated or fraudulent tickets will not be accepted.

OLTD cannot be held responsible for tickets purchased through unofficial channels.

No valid ticket. No entry. No exceptions.

IN = IN. OUT = OUT. Once you leave the festival grounds, re-entry is no longer possible.

All visitors may be subject to security checks upon entry, including ID verification and bag inspections where required.

Glass bottles, weapons, sharp or dangerous objects, illegal substances and other prohibited items are strictly forbidden.

Outside alcohol is not permitted. Alcohol is served in accordance with legal age regulations.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in refusal of entry or immediate removal from the festival.

OLTD operates a reusable cup system.

A deposit is charged per cup at the bar. Returned cups can be refunded when leaving the festival grounds.

Damaged cups cannot be accepted for refund.

The festival operates with both cash and card payments across the site.

Food and drinks are available at bars and food points.

Sanitary facilities are provided throughout the festival grounds.

Earplugs are available on site.

A cloakroom or storage facility is not available on site.

Medical assistance is available throughout the event.

A temporary alcohol restriction will apply in the public areas surrounding the festival site from 20:00 onwards, as mandated by the local authorities.

It is prohibited to bring or consume outside alcohol in these areas, regardless of packaging.

This measure is strictly enforced in cooperation with the competent authorities and may result in administrative fines.

On the festival grounds itself, a full range of beverage services remains available.

OLTD is designed for a young adult and adult audience.

There is no strict minimum age requirement. However, we recommend the event primarily for visitors aged 16 and above.

Younger visitors are welcome, provided they are aware of the nature and atmosphere of the festival.

Limited parking is available in the surrounding area.

Additional parking is available near Duffel station, approximately 1 km from the festival site.

A bicycle parking area is provided at the festival entrance.

Transport arrangements may be subject to change depending on local regulations.

Visitors are encouraged to travel light and avoid bringing large bags, as this may result in longer security checks upon entry.

All guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, volunteers and other visitors. Any form of aggression, vandalism or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event.

There is a zero tolerance policy towards drugs and illegal substances.

The organisation reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any visitor at any time.

By entering the festival grounds, visitors acknowledge that photo and video recordings may be made.

These recordings may be used for promotional and communication purposes by OLTD across digital and social channels.

No rights can be derived from these recordings.

Attendance at the festival is at your own risk. The organisation cannot be held responsible for personal injury, loss or damage to personal belongings, except where legally required.

By entering the festival site, visitors agree to all applicable rules and regulations.
