Admission is only granted with a valid ticket purchased via official sales channels.

Each ticket contains a unique QR code and is valid for single entry only. Once scanned, the ticket becomes void.

The organisation reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any visitor at any time in case of rule violation, safety concerns, intoxication, or inappropriate behaviour.

ID checks and security screening may be required as a condition of entry.

Refusal to comply with security procedures will result in denial of access.

The organisation cannot be held responsible for access issues resulting from incorrect, incomplete or invalid ticket data.

Attendance at the festival is entirely at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organisation cannot be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, injury or accident occurring on or around the festival grounds, except in cases of proven gross negligence or legal obligation.

Visitors remain fully responsible for their own belongings and behaviour at all times.

All visitors may be subject to security checks, including bag inspections and personal searches where deemed necessary.

Refusal of a search request will result in refusal of entry or removal from the festival.

Prohibited items will be confiscated and may be handed over to the competent authorities without compensation.

Glass bottles, weapons, sharp or dangerous objects, flammable materials and any illegal substances are strictly forbidden.

Visitors are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, volunteers and other guests.

Any form of violence, vandalism, discrimination, harassment or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the event.

The organisation reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any visitor at its sole discretion when safety or event integrity is at risk.

Respect for the surrounding neighbourhood and local residents is expected from all visitors at all times.

Alcohol consumption is only permitted in accordance with applicable Belgian law and age restrictions.

Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited on the festival grounds.

The possession, use or distribution of illegal substances is strictly forbidden.

The organisation enforces a zero-tolerance policy towards drugs. Any violations may result in removal from the event and involvement of law enforcement authorities.

Medicinal use of regulated substances is only permitted with valid medical documentation.

Tickets are personal and may only be used by the original purchaser unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Tickets purchased via unofficial or secondary channels are invalid. The organisation cannot be held responsible for fraudulent resale.

Any attempt to enter with a duplicated, altered or invalid ticket will result in refusal of entry.

No valid ticket = no entry. No exceptions.

The organisation reserves the right to modify the programme, opening hours, capacity, layout or logistics of the event at any time for safety, legal or operational reasons.

In the event of force majeure, government restriction or full cancellation of the event, refund policies will be determined and communicated by the organisation.

Weather conditions, unless leading to official cancellation, do not qualify for refunds.

By entering the festival grounds, visitors acknowledge and agree that photo and video recordings may be made.

These recordings may include visitors and may be used by OLTD for promotional, editorial and commercial communication purposes across all media channels, without compensation or additional approval.

No rights can be derived from such usage.

Visitors are expected to take care of their own health and well-being during the event.

First aid services are available on site.

The organisation is not responsible for health issues arising from personal behaviour, including but not limited to substance use, dehydration or reckless conduct.

These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law.

Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Belgium.
